Inside the Marketplace, next to Corks on the Vine. Park anywhere along Market — it’s a short, shaded walk from every spot, and the whole village is dog-friendly.

What to expect

Bring the dog.

Dogs are welcome

Leashed and on the floor or up on the settee — we’re not picky. There’s water by the door and a treat jar we open freely.

The Barkery

Our treat counter, and quickly one of the shop’s favorite hangout spots. Single-ingredient chews, bakery bites, freeze-dried toppers — sold loose so you can try one thing at a time.

Fit help, in person

Collars and harnesses are easier to size on the dog than off. Bring them in, try a few, and take home the one that actually fits.

Around the corner

Make an afternoon of it

Habersham Marketplace is a walkable waterfront village — shops, a bakery, restaurants and a green in the middle of it. On Saturdays, the Habersham Farmers Market sets up down the way.

We’re a good first or last stop. Either way, the dog gets a treat.

Questions we get

Can I really bring my dog inside?

Yes — that’s the whole idea. Leashed dogs are welcome any time we’re open. If your dog is nervous around other dogs, Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons tend to be the quietest.

Do you hold items?

Happily. Send us a note with the piece and your name and we’ll set it aside for 48 hours. Many of our makers ship in small runs, so if you see something you love it’s worth asking early.

Something is sold out online — do you have it in the shop?

Often, yes. The website is a partial view of the shelf; a lot of what we carry arrives in quantities too small to list. Ask us and we’ll go look.

Do you do custom embroidery?

We do — bandanas, pouches, key fobs and more, personalized in shop. Turnaround depends on the week, so it’s best to ask when you come in.

Do you offer local pickup for online orders?

Yes, and it’s free. Choose pickup at checkout and we’ll have your order bagged and waiting at 8B Market during open hours.

Can you help me pick a gift?

It’s our favorite thing to do. Tell us the dog — size, chewing habits, whether the human likes navy or brass — and we’ll put something together. Gift cards start at $10 if you’d rather let them choose.
